On January 25th, the 10th TFG student ambassador selection and winter training camp started. The training camp is not only for the sophomores to understand the school better but also to clearly know the daily life, characteristics, and required abilities of TFG student ambassadors.
In the first class, Ambassador Zhu Yufeng told the students about her experience of being a diplomat. In addition, she encouraged the students to face challenges bravely and seize every opportunity. We believe that all the students benefited a lot from the course. Then, there was a lesson of oral expression and briefing tips given by teacher Chen Liming. The students used body language and practiced Chinese pronunciation in groups. In the afternoon, Mr. Cai Weiqun introduced the history of TFG to the students, so that the sophomores could have a deeper understanding of the changes of TFG. Finally, the 9th TFG student ambassadors gave the trainees a campus tour, wrapping up the first day. The students were all rewarding and looking forward to the next day’s course.
In the morning on the second day of the camp, teacher Xie Zhijie explained English speaking and communication skills to the students. The teacher’s vivid and interesting courses attracted the attention of the students. The last class was lectured by teacher Jiang Liyu and alumna Wu Yiting. Alumna Wu Yiting shared her own experience and some practical examples of problems or situations they might encounter when they become student ambassadors. The teacher also asked the students to practice reception etiquette in the course. In the afternoon, the 9th student ambassadors gave the trainees a presentation introducing TFG in Chinese, English, and Japanese. Their smiles and outstanding abilities gave the sophomore students a goal and an anticipation of becoming as professional as the 9th student ambassadors. After the presentation, everyone played a Role-Playing Game designed by the 9th student ambassadors, which enhanced the friendships between the sophomore students and the juniors.
The two-day training camp quickly came to an end. At the end of the course, principal Chen Zhiyuan and secretary Chen Yifen issued certificates of completion to the sophomore students. We believe the trainees were all rewarded. Finally, we wished the sophomore students a smooth selection.

2021年01月25日（星期一），天氣晴。第十屆綠衣使節甄選培訓營在萬眾期待下展開，齊聚於至善二樓會議室的學員們個個儀態端莊，面帶微笑。冬陽下的綠園讓人心情好又暖。本屆營隊由秘書室與第九屆全體綠衣使節團共同舉辦，指導老師為陳怡芬秘書與謝智傑老師，活動總召為宋玟蒨、鄭宇晴、郭姿穎以及趙晴卉，主持人為卓品妤。營隊共招募了78位高一學妹熱情參與，其目的不僅是讓學妹有更寬廣的視野，更要讓學妹了解綠衣使節的日常、特質及所需具備的能力。開場時陳智源校長勉勵大家在疫情時代還是能保有熱情，運用不同的形式加強自身的能力，也開創對外互動交流的機會。
營隊第一天，邀請到有33年豐富外交經驗的朱玉鳳大使帶來開場專題講座，講題是「有禮走天下」，她不藏私的分享外交官經驗，鼓勵學妹勇敢面對挑戰並把握每一次的機會。接著是國文科陳麗明老師的「口語表達與簡報要訣」課程，學妹兩人一組，學習如何進行有效溝通與表達，適時運用肢體語言並練習中文發聲技巧。下午由對本校校史有深入研究的蔡蔚群老師介紹學校校名與校舍變遷、歷任校長具體貢獻與學校景點，讓學妹對具有百年歷史的北一女有更深切的情感與記憶點。第一天的課程在校園導覽中畫下逗號，第九屆綠衣使節帶著學妹進行校史室介紹與校園巡禮，實際示範導覽與接待禮儀，學妹們心中收穫滿滿，也期待著接下來的課程！

營隊最終是學姊學妹的傳承活動。首先是由高二使節學姊進行中英日簡報演示，學姊們親切的笑容及深厚的實力讓學妹在心中默默定下目標，期許自己也能更專業地呈現自己；接著是充滿機智與懸疑的RPG闖關活動，活動中展現了團隊合作的力量，也讓學妹們看見使節學姊落落大方的一面，並增進彼此的情誼。

兩天的培訓營很快就進入了尾聲，參與的學妹們在兩天的訓練中慢慢展現出自信與優雅的儀態。校長給予全體學員祝福並一一頒發結業證書。校長期許大家成為更好的人，對自己、對家人、對師長同學以及來自任何地方的外賓，都能以禮相待。希望學妹們在營隊之後都收穫滿滿，也祝福學妹甄選順利！
